Bone Jesu, fons amoris, Jesu, vita cordium, bone Jesu, purioris animæ solatium; nos æternæ fac bonitati, nos divinæ fac voluntati in hoc mundo subici.

O beata mellitudo, Jesu cor amantium, increata pulchritudo, dulcis esca mentium, da dulcidine beatorum, da pulchritudine archangelorum sempiternum perfrui.

Et ad supernæ regna sortis, ad theatra fortium, felicissimæ cohortis fac habere premium; ut cantemus, ut jubilemus, ut te laudemus in æternum.

Good Jesus, the source of love, Jesus, the life of our hearts, good Jesus, solace of the most pure soul; make us in this world subject to eternal goodness, and to the divine will.

O blessed sweetness, Jesus, the heart of lovers, uncreated beauty, sweet food of our minds, give us the sweetness of the blessed, give us the beauty of the archangels to enjoy forever.

And, in the realms of celestial destiny, amid the display of the strong, make us gain the prize of that most happy host, so that we may sing and rejoice, that we may praise you in eternity.
